The work on my car was completed efficiently but took longer than expected and the receptionist was very helpful and organised a courtesy car so that I could return the next day to collect it.
I have had an intermittent fault which has been very difficult to diagnose. The mechanics have persevered and kept me informed of progress regularly. They have been extremely easy to talk to and I feel they have listened to me......excellent.

During a difficult time of COVID-19 and its restrictions, I was very satisfied with the customer service at Seafield, Edinburgh.
Although, disappointingly we were not able to go and meet any of the team personally, I felt everything was handled well on their part.
The Centre provided outstanding customer service and the sales rep Derek Patterson was so helpful with everything and guided me along the process during a global pandemic.

The whole purchase was completed remotely without any complications. I was not able to visit Peter Vardy Edinburgh as I live in Wiltshire and was unable to travel given the current circumstances. I would recommend them to friends and family
